Let's see the difference between 2 types of Renault LSD
JB3/JH3 and JB3/JC5 transmissions have 2 different types of LSD, circlip closed end and nut closed end.
How to know which type is your gearbox?
It is easy! Just look at the seals on your transmission. If it is a 70mm driveshaft oil seal - your box is nut closed end. And if your box have a 56mm seal, its circlip closed end.
