Specifically developed for the Toyota Yaris T-Sport with 1NZ-FE engines, equipped with 5-speed C5... gearboxes, this kit includes:

1. 184mm (7.25”) Lightweight Flywheel

• Weight: 3.0 kg
• Material: Forged Chromoly (CrMo) steel, heat-treated via nitriding for enhanced durability.
• Hardness: Achieves HRC 58~62, which is twice as hard as standard flywheels, preventing excessive wear, especially on the starter ring gear in high-compression engines.
• Longevity: The higher HRC value ensures greater resistance and longer service life, enhancing reliability.

2. Clutch Kit (Two Options Available):

• Single-Disc Clutch:

  • Capacity: Capable of handling over 400 hp and 450 Nm of torque, depending on the configuration.
  • Weight: 2.80 kg

• Twin-Disc Clutch:

  • Capacity: Supports over 1,000 hp and 1,200 Nm of torque, depending on the configuration.
  • Weight: 4.20 kg

3. Clutch Disc:

• Standard Spline: 15/16" (23.8 mm x 21T) for C5... gearboxes.
• Custom Splines: Available upon request for other gearbox configurations.

4. Racing Metallic Release Bearing and Special Adapter:

• Replaces the OE release bearing, which is not designed to withstand the high loads and temperatures of racing clutches.
